LIFETIME WARRANTY

At Lannyte, we pride ourselves on ethically sourcing and manufacturing the highest caliber man made gems, but should you need it, we do offer a lifetime warranty on all of our gems except the following:

  • Lab Grown Diamonds
  • Lab Created Emerald
  • Lab Grown Columbian Green Emerald
  • Lannyte Doublet Emerald
  • Lab Grown Alexandrite (Recrys)

How do I claim my warranty?

Keeping it Simple…

  1. Return the damaged stone with the original sales receipt to the store from which it was purchased.  
  2. The dealer will then forward the item for repair or replacement.  If a replacement is necessary, the stone will be replaced with one of similar size and quality. 

Please keep in mind the warranty is for stone replacement and cannot be used as a credit to exchange for a different stone. 

If you are unsure whether your damaged stone is covered under the warranty, simply take it back to the Lannyte dealer it was purchased from. The dealer will then be fast tracked to send the stone in for examination and processing. Our trusted dealers are treated with priority handling and the warranty claim is processed in a quick and painless manner.
